I absolutely love your tiny house home! I am very interested in entering any upcoming tiny house giveaways. I am also very interested in a design that would accommodate someone with a potential disability. I have M.S. and presently I can walk without difficulty. However, if things were to change in the future, I would have to move to a home, condo that does not have stairs. I am very interested in learning who might make these kinds of tiny homes . I am also interested in knowing if people purchase the land that they build the home upon and/or if they are on trailers, if the homes can be used like a mobile home?

    Thank you so much,

    Kate Phillips

Thank you so much for reaching out Kate! I will place your email on the list and you will receive notifications of our future giveaways. In terms of tiny house plans all on one level, have you looked at Dan Louche’s plans on I’m not certain of how many people own their land vs. how many park their tiny houses on other’s but my hunch is that less people own their own land. Whether the tiny house can be used as a mobile home depends on the local zoning ordinances. Some areas are OK with this. Others aren’t. Please stay in touch! 🙂

  4. My husband and I are obsessed with the idea of tiny home living. I stay up every night researching and in slow times at work I draw up designs and plans in my tiny house notebook. My husband and I are very young but have health concerns that prohibit us from certain types of employment demands and living tiny would give us the financial freedom to not only get on our feet but also to change to less demanding careers on our health. I have been planning the house since before we got married and through research on height and width requirements for tiny homes on road ways I settled upon the idea of a trailer bed of 8.5×20 to maximize as much space as possible. When I saw your home it was perfect in terms of size, layout, and functionality and lines up very well with my own designs. The next time you are having a giveaway I would be thrilled to be informed! I have so many questions I wish I could ask you about tiny home living!

I am really interested in this type of house. I live in LA and have been Paying rent for the past 15 years. I end up paying in a year than this house costs. If I add a deck I could live here quite happily. If there is a way to get a copy of the plans please email me with the info.
